2.3. Authorization and Return Instructions: If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Do not send any items back to us without obtaining an RMA number first.

2.4. Return Shipping: You may be responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us depending on our customer service department's determination. Please follow all the provided instructions to return your item(s) back to us. Also, we request you to use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any damage or loss during transit if you are required to ship the item(s) back to us.
